My stock pipe was dented beyond saving, but this header bolted right up after I wrestled the old gasket off. The welds look clean and the weight is noticeably less than the factory unit. Back to ripping trails this weekend.

The header feels sturdier than the stock pipe it replaced, which is exactly what I needed after a bad tip-over bent the old one. It bolted up without any fitment issues on my DRZ110. Just wish the clear coat was a bit thicker to resist scratching on the first ride.
