Category: Genuine Accessories

Our Battery Box Mod Kit is made for those running the Yoshimura linkage for the Yamaha R7 with stock subframe. The additional range of motion of the shock from the Yoshimura linkage needs to move past where the stock battery tray is. This kit makes it easy to navigate this issue. Of course you can always go for the full send with our Aluminum Subframe Kit. That fixes the issue as well. This kit is made from 304 Stainless Steel, then powder coated.

Christopher N. ★★★★★

Installing this kit was straightforward and solved the clearance issue with my Yoshimura linkage perfectly. The machined edges are clean and the box fits snugly against the stock subframe without any rattling.

Alexander Y. ★★★★★

The machining is spot on—the battery box tucks in perfectly behind the Yoshimura linkage without any clearance issues. Saved me from having to fabricate my own bracket, which I was dreading.

Scarlett ★★★★★

Installing this to clear the Yoshimura linkage on my R7 was straightforward, and the cutouts for the shock travel are perfectly positioned. I've got full clearance now without any rubbing or binding.
