Finally found a replacement rivet that’s the right size for my titanium sleeve repair. The aluminum head makes it easy to set without scratching the finish, and it holds tight.

I needed exactly one more rivet to finish mounting my muffler sleeve, and this stainless steel 3/16” rivet with the aluminum head fit perfectly without any fuss. The head is noticeably lighter than a full stainless rivet, which makes sense for this application.

That aluminum head is a nice touch — it’s softer than the sleeve so you don’t mar the finish while setting it. I bought a handful for when I repack my can, and the 3/16" size was exactly right for the stainless sleeve.
