I was a little worried about fitment, but the included set screw and lock washer made installation straightforward. The insert tube itself feels well-machined and solid. Exactly the part I needed to get the sound level where I wanted it.

The insert tube slid in cleanly and the lock washer kept everything snug—no rattling after a weekend ride. Takes maybe ten minutes to swap, and the lower volume is exactly what I needed for quieter streets.

I was skeptical about swapping sound inserts, but this kit slid right into my R-77J and made the exhaust noticeably deeper without being obnoxiously loud. The set screw held everything tight after the first ride, no looseness at all.
